This year too, the town of Bagnoli Irpino , in the province of Avellino, is preparing to host the festival dedicated to one of the most widespread and loved products of its lands: the black summer truffle.

The Summer Truffle Market Exhibition is an unmissable event for all lovers of this particular dish, but also for those who want to discover it for the first time.

In addition to the usual product tastings and the many recipes that will be prepared and offered, including the most daring and original ones, the festival will also feature some very fun events. First and foremost, a competition for the best truffle dog will be held in the narrow streets of Bagnoli Irpino's historic center . Furthermore, there will also be a competition to find the largest truffle.

The program doesn't end there, however, because, like every year, you can also participate in an incredible challenge: creating the world's largest truffle cake . Every year, the record is broken and the winner enters the Guinness Book of Records. At the end of the challenge, the cake will be divided and distributed among all participants.
