13th edition of the Fusillo and Porchetta Festival in Parolise, in the heart of Irpinia, on 14 and 2013 August XNUMX
In the small town of Parolise (AV), located in the heart of Irpinia, between the valleys of the Sabato river and the Calore river, an important gastronomic event is held every year throughout Campania: the Festival of fusillo and pork.
The festival reaches its XXV edition this year and will be held in the days 13 and 14 August 2013 in Piazza G. Falcone, the main square of the municipality.
You can take the opportunity to take a trip out of town at sunset, go into the cooler areas of our region and taste the typical and genuine products of the province of Avellino, as well as taste the dishes of fusilli prepared ad hoc for the two evenings and the Porchetta local.
