Very little is missing from Scampia Music Fest 2018. They will be two days of music and culture in close contact with the realities of the territory.
Everything is ready for it Scampia Music Fest 2018. The 14 and the 15 September, the district located in the North of Naples will host two evenings focused on high-level concerts and lots of culture. The Ciro Esposito Park - Villa Comunale di Scampia will be the scene of an event to be experienced, organized with the help of SIAE and MiBACT and with the artistic direction of Giuseppe Fontanella di Octopus Records.
The initiative will open with the expected 35 contest, with the participation of emerging bands formed for at least 80% by members under the age of 35 and producing original music. There will be Scampia_short Film Competition, a competition dedicated to short films dealing with the situation in the suburbs. Furthermore, photographic reportage will be given space Lives!, realized by Matteo Casilli.
But the main protagonists of the two days of Scampia Music Fest 2018 they will be two musical realities appreciated nationally. The first is represented by the alternative rock band of the Ministers, formed in Milan in the 2003. Thus, the Roman rapper will be present half-Blood, a leading exponent of the new Italian hip hop scene. Media partner of the event will be the well-known music portal Rockit.
One is planned free shuttle from the Piscinola subway station 1 line to the Festival.

Friday September 14st
- 11.30: laboratory of ciclofficina at the Mammut Naples Territorial Center.
- 14.30-15.30: emerging artists will be heard by Gabriella Esposito, Salvatore Dell'Aversano e Max Magaldi.
- 15.30-17.00: workshop for musicians and professionals by the editorial director of ExitWell Riccardo De Stefano.
- 20.00-22.00: the emerging bands of 35 contest they will perform on stage B of the Parco Ciro Esposito.
- 22.30: band performances Fabrica e Ministers with drawings by the writers of the territory, on stage A.
Saturday 15rd September
- 11.30: cooking workshop with Chiku.
- 14.30-15.30: emerging artists will be heard by Gabriella Esposito, Salvatore Dell'Aversano e Max Magaldi.
- 15.30-17.00: workshop for musicians and insiders by the founder of ExitWell Francesco Galassi.
- 20.00-22.00: the emerging bands of 35 contest they will perform on stage B of the Villa Comunale di Scampia.
- 23.30: rapper's concert half-Blood with drawings by the writers of the territory, on stage A.
