Vincenzo De Luca closes schools in Campania following the number of people infected by Covid-19!

It has sparked many arguments between for and against the new ordinance of the Campania Region relating to closure of schools. In fact, the President Vincenzo De Luca announced that the schools will remain closed 16 from October to 30 2020 due to the high infections that occurred on October 15.

Now the epidemiological curve continues to rise steadily and, as anticipated by De Luca himself a few days ago, it is necessary limit as much as possible the opportunities for gatherings especially if the numbers no longer speak to us of a balance between new infections and healed. Schools closed until the end of October

  • primary and secondary schools closed from 16 to 30 October. The meetings in the presence of the collegial bodies, as well as those for the election of the same, have been suspended;
  • in all preschools didactic and educational activities are suspended, where incompatible with remote performance, and the meetings of the collegiate bodies in presence;
  • didactic activities and face-to-face verification activities in universities are also suspended, excluding those relating to first year students.

All schools will have to organize themselves to carry out the distance teaching.
