Here comes "Gustus" the new exhibition dedicated to the world of Mediterranean food and flavors. With the participation of Slow Food Campania, the event promises great news, debates, tastings and demonstrations that will delight Neapolitans!
For the first time, the event dedicated to all members of the food and wine and agro-food sector will arrive in Naples.
The first edition, therefore, of "Gustus" will take place from 4 to 6 December 2014 at the Mostra d'Oltremare.
Will be present at the event Slow Food Campania, the international association that aims to restore value to food, above all as a pleasure.
In collaboration with the Conduct of Naples, the event will occupy about 130 square meters of exhibitions by small businesses belonging to the "good, clean and fair" food chain and with the participation of the major representatives of Slow Food and the Food Communities of Campania and Basilicata.
In evidence there will be above all the B2B report, or the trust relationship between producers and the market. A bond of fundamental importance for sellers and small businesses in order to guarantee goods of excellence and of excellent quality.
In the 4 and 5 December days the event will be dedicated exclusively to members of the sector, only 6 December will be open to citizens who will be able to get to know the various expositions closely.
Also for the occasion, the Neapolitans can take part in the presentation of the 2015 edition of the "Osterie d'Italia" and "Slow Wine" guides where will taste the typical dishes and the winning wines of local and wineries accredited with the Chioccola or the Reporting. These awards are of considerable importance for those in the sector.
A beautiful day to learn about food from all points of view: quality, excellence, health and above all pleasure.
