The Smau Napoli, dedicated to technological innovation, will take place for the first time in our city and will be based in the Mostra d'Oltremare
For the first time the event dedicated to new technologies, the Smau, will be hosted for a few days also in Naples. Smau Naplesin fact, it will take place on 12 and 13 December at the Mostra d'Oltremare and will host over 3000 entrepreneurs and managers in the field of technological innovations.
During this intense two-day event will be presented the innovations designed for businesses and public administrations, for an event also designed to bring together the main protagonists of the world of innovation present in our country, in an atmosphere of confrontation and growth.
As confirmed also by the Vice President of the Campania Region with responsibility for Scientific Research, Guido Trombetti “Smau Napoli represents one oimportant opportunityand for our search system. Campania has an extraordinary ability to produce quality knowledge and skills ”which is why it is necessary for the protagonists of the digital world of research to confront each other: to create development opportunities and the chance to improve their competitiveness.
The Naples Smau will be divided into two areas: the one dedicated to digital technologies for companies, in which important names in the sector will be present and in which Cloud Computing, Mobility Solutions and Business Apps, Smart Working, Integrated Management Systems, Solutions for Electronic Invoicing, Solutions for Business Intelligence and the Analitycs. In addition, more than 50 50-minute training workshops will be held by the most important management and consulting training schools in Italy such as the School of Management of the Politecnico di Milano, the SDA Bocconi School of Management, the Gartner.
The second area will be dedicated to the world of Industrial Research and will be titled Campania Next. The startup projects, laboratories and research centers and six regional technological districts will be presented.
In addition, the Campania ICT Innovation Award, the Smart City Award and the eGovernment Award: Champions of Reuse. The first was realized with the School of Management of the Polytechnic of Milan and will reward companies and public administrations that have succeeded in creating effective projects of digital technologies adoption, while the last two have been realized with Anci and reward those companies that have developed projects dedicated to smart cities and eGovernment for reuse.
The Smau of Naples is only the first of other dates that will be held in the 2014. It will be in Bari the 12-13 February, in Rome the 19-20 in March, in Padua the 16-17 in April, in Turin the 7-8 in May, in Bologna the 4-5 in June, in Florence the 2-3 in July and in Milan from 22 to 24 October.
