Summer Live Tones Napoli Party 2013 - Events of 4 and 5 August

For the Summer Live Tones Napoli Party 2013 two appointments are waiting for us with two pairs of exceptional artists!

As part of the Summer Live Tones 2013 , a now renowned Neapolitan Jazz event, the Live Tones Napoli Party association, a club in Posillipo, offers us, in addition to the events at the PAN , two spectacular artistic performances set in the splendid setting of the Maschio Angioino.

To keep us company with their art we will have the couple Rita Marcotulli and Luciano Biondini on August 4th at Maschio Angioino , at 21pm.

Rita Marcotulli, internationally, she is one of the most requested Italian pianists and boasts numerous collaborations with musicians of the caliber of Steve Grossman, Michel Benita, Aldo Romano, Andy Sheppard, Nada, Giorgio Gaber or the Neapolitan Pino Daniele. She was the winner of the Ciak d'oro and the Nastro d'Argento for the best soundtrack for the film “Basilicata Coast to Coast” for which she even gets a David di Donatello.
Recently winner of the European Jazz Expo, she is the author, with her new trio, of a new album "Variations on the theme".

His partner, not less, is a professional of classical accordion, with many experiences with the likes of the Brothers Mancuso, Patrick Vaillant, Ivano Fossati, Gianmaria Testa, Tony Scott, Enrico Rava, Mike Turk, Ares Tavolazzi and many others.
Winner of the Trophée Mondial de l'Accordéon, the Castelfidardo International Prize, the “Luciano Fancelli” Prize and the Recanati International Prize, he holds concerts all over the world.

On August 5th at 9:00 PM , we'll be joined by the duo Giovanni Guidi and Gianluca Petrella with a piano and trombone performance. These two artists represent the Italian jazz revival: starting from the bottom with unique artistic choices, they're establishing themselves as great contemporary musicians and exceptional revelations for their new and unique sounds.
