Only tomorrow Sunday April 9 2022 i come back Tablaeux Vivants a Napoli, always in the beautiful setting of Donnaregina Monumental Complex which is located inside the Diocesan Museum, in the historic center.
They will be staged well 23 paintings by Caravaggio and to the real actors they will play them live. Basically, in front of the present public they will take life these masterpieces and we will be able to immerse ourselves in the scenes and stories they tell.
There will be to realize this representation professional actors that will compose the paintings to perfection.
The Conversion of a Horse: the work of Caravaggio
What will be staged is a monumental work by Caravaggio which consists of 23 canvases and which is called The Conversion of a Horse.
With the original technique of the Tableaux Vivants, the actors with accurate precision will reproduce these 23 canvases generating a strong emotional impact on the audience.
They will use not only their own bodies, but also scene objects e draped fabrics to transfer the feeling of being inside the paintings. Finally, only a single cut of light will illuminate the scenes just like in Caravaggio's paintings and everything will be accompanied by music by Mozart, Bach, Vivaldi, Sibellius.
