Wine & The City 2020 in Naples, between events and wine tastings

The appointments with Wine & The City 2020 in Naples start again: 4 days dedicated to tastings of excellent wines and starred chefs!

A new edition of Wine & The City , the exhibition entirely dedicated to wine , will take place in Naples on 21, 22, 24 and 25 September 2020.

The thirteenth edition will be smaller than in previous years, with only four events taking place in Naples' most beautiful locations.

The slogan for the 2020 edition will be "The thrill of finding one another," a clear message of positivity and a desire for recovery. We remind you that due to the health emergency, the event, scheduled for May, was canceled and postponed to a date to be determined.

Anti-Covid rules 19

The event, which will combine art, cuisine, and excellent wine, will be held in compliance with all anti-Covid-19 regulations. Reservations and registration are required for all four events . Temperatures will be taken upon entry , and all guests must wear masks.

The program

• 21 September 2020 at 12:30: first date a Palazzo Satriano on the Riviera di Chaia with the chef Gennaro Esposito, two Michelin stars, who will hold a talk show for the guests together with the technologist Gerardo Dalbon on the De Cecco method, with tasting of the pasta cooked live by the chef and the wines of the companies The Molara of Irpinia and Casale del Giglio of the Agro Pontino. • 22 September 2020 at 20:30: second appointment Historical Archive Restaurant and Cocktail Bar with the starred chef Pasquale Palamaro with tasting of the famous Passito di Pantelleria Doc, Ben Ryè 2017, an iconic wine of the Sicilian company.
• 24 September 2020 at 18:00: third appointment at Donnaregina Monumental Complex at the Diocesan Museum of Naples, with an evening guided tour of the Museum's art collection and followed by a tasting narrated in the Cloister of the Church of Donnaregina Vecchia by the Mastroberardino and Tommasone Vini wineries. The visits will start every 30 minutes until 20:00. Ticket price 15 euros and booking at 0815571365.
• 25 September 2020 10:00: fourth and last appointment at Hermann Nitsch Museum with the Sinfonia Napoli 2020 exhibition and tasting of Casale del Giglio wines.
