Dance, music and gastronomy with the Tango Meeting at the Royal Palace of Caserta, for the first time the Argentine dance at the Royal Palace!
From the 25 28 May 2017 the event will take place Tango Meeting Caserta which will be hosted by Palace of Caserta and from Grand Hotel Vanvitelli of Caserta.
For the first time the Royal Palace of Caserta will open its gifts to the Argentine Tango, dance declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. The event will promote the cultural and artistic traditions of the land from which it comes, from when it was born as a popular expression at the end of the nineteenth century in the suburbs of Buenos Aires, to become a real artistic culture, in which they interact music, dance and communication between bodies.
At the same time, the our historical and artistic heritage through excursions and visits to the main sites and monuments of the city, and our food and wine traditions. The Grand Hotel Vanvitelli, in fact, will be the location of special stages and seminars on tango techniques, afternoon milongas with dexaltation of typical local products.
In addition, nightly milongas will be organized with shows, live music and international DJs, and will also see the participation of some of the internationally renowned tango couples.
