The International Tattoo Fest 2017 will be at the Mostra d'Oltremare in Naples with about 300 internationally renowned tattoo artists!
La Mostra d'Oltremare is preparing to host the Naples International Tattoo Fest 2017, scheduled on 12, 13 and 14 May. After the success of the previous editions, the fair returns this year with almost 300 internationally renowned Italian and foreign tattoo artists.
Among the guests, there will be Kasala Sanele (Australia), Tomokazu Ikarashi (Japan), Stizzo (Italy), Matatiki (Samoa), Endless (Taiwan), Tadasuke Homma (Japan), Tomo Akitsu (Japan), Mateus Wilsinski (Brazil) , Brigante (Italy), Heinz (Italy) and many others from many other countries around the world.
During the event, visitors will be able to discover the new frontiers of body art and body-modification. In addition to the tattoo convention, the exhibition will also host exhibitions by street artists, relaxation areas, music and animation. Several will be present refreshment areas: you can taste, among the various specialties, typical products of the Neapolitan tradition. Three days full of activities and fun, therefore, in one of the most famous exhibition centers in Southern Italy. It will be possible to buy the ticket for a single day of the fair, or choose thesubscription for the three days.
The event will also be dedicated to social issues with associations such as "Lega del Filo D'oro", "Scarpetta rossa", "Sea Sheperd", "Carmine Gallo" and "Doctors without borders" who will present their initiatives.
Exhibitions
In pavilion 10 of the Mostra d'Oltremare, exhibitions will be set up, such as the collective one of Neapolitan painters including Fabio Abbreccia, Ferdinando Sorgente, Mojo, Michelangelo La Morte, Walter Molli.
Among the foreigners, there will be "Hannya Brigade"With 200 paintings of the Hannya mask, one of the best known in theJapanese iconography, curated by South Ink Tatto, and Donna Mayla's “Rock'n ink” exhibition that transformed guitars into pieces of art. In addition, the exhibition of the school "In form of art" which will recreate theatmosphere of an old 500th century workshop, while Marco Chiuchiarelli, who guides it, will perform in the impressive performance "Ecce Homo", that is the realization of a drawing of the dimensions of 7 meters.
The Circus of the Tattooers
In the Giardino dei Cedri, outside pavilion 10, there will be events in which the protagonists will be tattoo artists, designers and writers, organized by the Il Circo dei Tatuatori Association. Will not miss one space for children with a pictorial workshop dedicated to body and face painting with many colors.
Live music
Still in the Garden of the Cedars, some band, including Zaund, The Blues Brazzers and Jphnny Dal Basso, will perform alternating with dj resident Shaman and Susi Q, among others.
The Citadel of Food
In the same space, there will be various apecar and stand with products from the Neapolitan gastronomic tradition, from pizza to sandwiches, through beer and cocktails to desserts and coffee.
