In Mostra d'Oltremare of Naples makes TuttoPizza, the international fair dedicated to this tasty food, which will take place from 23 to 25 May 2022.
It is a festival dedicated to pizza and operators and Ho.Re.Ca. professionals of the sector, an event that allows them to stay updated on all the news and to confront each other to learn about everything that is new in the world of pizza.
Also providers will participate and will be able to show their raw materials, semi-finished products, accessories, machinery, equipment and services for catering, also to sell their products to pizza makers and entrepreneurs.
The fair dedicated to professionals
As said, therefore, the fair is suitable for all professionals and operators in the sector in the pizza environment and allows them to:
- improve their professionalism;
- expand your network of contacts;
- making pizza a real business.

The TuttoPizza Trophy
It is a team competition in which pizzerias, associations and franchising chains participate. Every team counts 5 participants, that is 4 pizza chefs and 1 foreman presenter. The theme is free and each team must make 2 pizzas in 20-30 minutes at most.
Each will be judged by a technical jury that will evaluate:
- presentation;
- taste;
- cooking;
- coupling of ingredients.
The top 3 ranked teams win cash checks and prizes from sponsoring companies. Here are the prizes:
- 1st Prize: € 1000
- 2st Prize: € 500
- 3st Prize: € 250
