A (long) sea of books will propose a real book fair between reading, musical events and meetings with authors
The Councilorship for Culture and Tourism of the Municipality of Naples has organized an important cultural event, baptized with the polysemantic name, between the panoramic Lungomare Caracciolo and Via Partenope A (long) sea of books.
The event will be a heterogeneous book and reading fair that will be held for a weekend every month, in the morning, for six months and will officially start the 25 and 26 April 2015.
For a weekend a month, until September 2015, the City will make available, for free, dozens of stands Wood in which publishers and booksellers can exhibit not only books but also organize reading of readings to promote their authors, or, alternatively, to propose moments of music.
The fair, which will also be promoted in the press by the Municipality itself, will try to spread the culture of books and reading which occupies a marginal role in this technological society.
Citizens will be able to discover the usefulness of books as a sort of medicine for the soul, a sea in which to dive while swimming towards new shores.

The appointment will take place Saturday 23 e both at Casina Pompeiana of the Villa Comunale and will be dedicated to the Voyage.
With the presence of publishers, booksellers, writers and obviously many readers will be set up 14 stand where you can consult and buy books. There will also be an area dedicated to children with initiatives and many libri per bambini. Furthermore, both outside and inside the Casina, they will take place concerts, book presentations and readings.
