By connecting to the site you will have to proceed toentering your data, i.e. the tax code and the number of the health card.
Later you will also have to enter a email address or mobile number, which you will then be asked to verify through a code sent as a text message. The mobile number will then be used for the convocation at the appointment for the administration of the vaccine.
