Una Story, this, which saw the prestigious Piazza rise together with the city. In fact, between the twelfth and fifteenth centuries, following the destruction of the Greek and Roman walls, were built the Monastery of Santo Spirito and Santa Croce and later the Royal Palace, designed as the residence of the Sovereign of Spain.

From the 1734 the building became a permanent residence of Charles of Bourbon and the immense esplanade in front of it began to take shape and transform itself into the current Piazza del Plebiscito. At the same time, therefore, also Naples was born and transformed, exactly in step with the history of Largo Neapolitan.

The Royal Palace and Piazza del Plebiscito tell the stories origins of Naples and its inhabitants; an immense heritage that will be worth discovering and re-discovering.
