Solfatara under the Stars is the program of evening visits to the volcano with tastings of anchovies cooked on the fumaroles!
Throughout the summer of 2016, 30 24 from July to September, every Saturday, "Solfatara under the stars”Will be an event not to be missed for those who want to visit this volcanological and archaeological site in the fresh evening air.
The guided tour of the volcano of the Solfatara it begins at dusk and accompanies visitors along an illuminated path that goes to wind through the most important sites of the site, such as the Mineral water well, the Fangaia, le Ancient Stoves and, obviously, the characteristic fumaroles with their powerful steam jets. Here there will be a chance to try the geothermal cuisine, tasting fresh anchovies from our sea, accompanied by the excellent white wine Falanghina dei Campi Flegrei.
Will reservation required, which can be done by e-mail, website or telephone number. There is, moreover, only for the appointment of 30 July, a Shuttle Service at 19, which connects Piazza Municipio at the Solfatara. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes.
