Science and gastronomy with the evening visits to the Solfatara of Pozzuoli with geothermal cuisine on the fumaroles!
During the spring, starting from March, every Saturday will take place evening guided tours to the active Volcano of the Solfatara in Pozzuoli, a stone's throw from Naples.
A guide will make us Cicero between the centuries-old history and the evocative beauty of the place. To make the event even more interesting, it will be the demonstration of geothermal cooking, an ancient cooking technique with which hake fillets will be cooked directly in the natural steam released from the volcanic subsoil at a temperature of 160 °.
A local wine tasting will follow: lin Falanghina dei Campi Flegrei, which with its fresh flavor characterized by floral notes, intense fruity aromas and hints of minerals due to the land, will delight the palates of visitors.
It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes and shoes to cover the long journey.
