Inauguration of the Zip Line between Fiordo di Furore and Conca dei Marini, an evocative flight of the angel among the most beautiful places on the Amalfi coast!
23 Maggio 2019 opened this morning at 11: 00 the fantastic Zip Line between Fiordo del Furore and Conca dei Marini, the first plant of "Flight of the angel" of the Amalfi coast.
The plant, presented this morning by Italia Zipline company of Salerno to the Mayors of the Amalfi coast and to tour operators, will have as its starting point Schiato Municipality of Furore, and as a point of arrival for the town Punta Table.
It is a sort of cable car that uses a large steel cable to transport people from one point to another, hooked in extreme safety to a special harness.
All visitors will therefore have the opportunity to experience the thrill of slip gently into the sea, using only the force of gravity, for a evocative and exciting journey among the most beautiful places on the Amalfi coast.
Information on the Flight of the Angel
Where:
- meeting point in Amalfi, where buses stop. Zipline departure via Aldo Moro 1 - Furore. Flight arrival via 1 Maggio Conca dei Marini
- present yourself at the meeting point in Amalfi at least 60 minutes before the time slot booked for the flight. The shuttle service will take users from the square of Amalfi to the departure station of Furore. Estimated travel time: approximately 20 minutes.
Timetables:
- Weekdays from hour to hour 10.00 15.00
- Saturday and Sunday from 10.00 to 17.00
- Moonlight night flights are scheduled and will be announced a few days in advance
