Music, rides, guided tours and entertainment for the weekend in Capodimonte!

The 7 8 and April 2018 in Park of Capodimonte a Naples will take place several interesting activities such as a 24 hands concert, folk music performances, the Run for Parkinson's, the usual visits and entertainment with animation in the museum.

We remind you that the lat the Mibact social campaign #aprilealmuseo che  invites visitors to look for flowers in works of art, take pictures and share them on social media del Mibact and those of the Museum and Real Bosco di Capodimonte with the hashtag #fiorinellarte.

Discovering music
The Arcoscenico Company and the Tufo Theater Company will take care of theanimation in the museum, guiding visitors to listen to piano pieces while children will be welcomed by the friendly Dama di Corte and Re Pulcinella.

Also through a theatrical performance from the titolor Cuoche at the Palace: what if great Capemonte? A group of Neapolitan cooks of late '800 illustrate the gastronomic excellences created in Capodimonte.

7 April at 10.30 hours
The Educational Services of the Museum and Real Bosco of Capodimonte organize SensazionARTE, an educational laboratory for autistic children as part of the program A Royal Forest for ALL. The experimentation is dedicated to seven boys between 8 and 14 years.

8th April

  • At 9.30-13.00
    On this day the foot race of 10 km followed by a walk of 1 km pand social awareness raising, entitled Run for Parkinson's Campania 2018, for the first time in Naples.
  • At 10.30 (Salone delle Feste, first floor)
    The 24 hands project, a concert at 24 mani which allows the simultaneous use of the whole tonal range of the piano, which will also be used as a percussion instrument to emphasize the rhythm of the pieces. The performance transforms the pianist into an improvisational actor with a humorous background to entertain the audience.
  • At 11.30-12.30 (Belvedere)

TUKETETU '
Free musical meetings for the recuperation of the popular bell tradition and the use of typical musical instruments. We will rediscover lullabies, nursery rhymes, count, childhood games together with ancient instruments such as tammorra, tambourine, scetavajasse, putipù, triccaballacche, castagnette.
