Wine & thecity 2015 in Naples, the complete program

Wine & Thecity 2015 will organize an extraordinary traveling party in Naples between art and tastings!

From 6 to 20 May 2015, Naples, thanks to the event Wine & Thecity 2015, will provide around one hundred locations throughout the city for a large traveling party.

A themed event will be organized in each place and participants will be offered a wine to taste. It will be an interesting event under the banner of contamination of genres (from the most exclusive to the most unusual ones), of the nomadism, since it will take place in different spaces, but above all in conviviality.

Wine & Thecity 2015 main events program

There will be many events scheduled and we mention some of the most interesting (for the complete program, the information mirror at the end of the article).

Saturday May 9th, will cut the inaugural ribbon the Picnic & The city, the breakfast on the grass for 200 people organized by Marianna Vitale, chef of Sud Ristorante, who will propose delicious gourmet baskets accompanied by sparkling Franciacorta Docg wine.

Following the party will move into historic buildings and museums, private homes, artists' studios, hotels, shops and art and design galleries, restaurants and pizzerias. For example, the 12 May at PAN an aperitif circuit will be inaugurated in the boutiques with the extraordinary participation of the Youth Choir of the Teatro San Carlo directed by maestro Carlo Morelli.

Furthermore, from 15 to 17 May, with Tastings on the high seas, we will sail along the coast of Posillipo with a glass in our hands, while on weekends from 9 to 24 May we will be riding vintage Vespas to discover the metropolitan vineyards and much more with Wine & TheVespa.

But Wine & Thecity also has a solidarity connotation, implementing a collection of corks to support humanitarian projects, thanks to the "Save the cork" initiative, and supporting various projects to help children with disabilities.

The # intoxication of Naples will end on 20st May, involving the monumental Scalone of Montesanto and the Intelligent District between street art, swing music and the wines of the Consorzio di Tutela Vini del Sannio.
