Free guided tours in Naples and Campania for the International Day of the 2014 Tourist Guide
From the 15 23 201 February4 will be held throughout Italy special guided toursand at museums, places of art and through the streets and squares of the city, to celebrate, as every year, the International Day of the City Guide, which is celebrated on February 21,
Now in its XXV edition, the International Day of the City Guide, established by the WFTGA (World Federation of Tourist Guide Associations) and promoted in Italy by Angt, the National Tourist Guide Association, aims to enhance the professionalism of the tourist guide to the public, and its task to promote our artistic and cultural heritage and to daily enhance the wonders of our country, to those who live there but especially to tourists.
Every year, therefore, are organized Free guided tours that will be held on the weekend of 15 and 16 February and 22 and 23 February. In our region the initiative will take the name of Art tasting in Campania and will include a series of events not to be missed in some of our most evocative places of art and culture, from Castel dell'Ovo to Piazza Bellini, to discover the Neapolitan culinary art and the wonders of the Toledo metro station.

Napoli
15 16 and February
The wine that made history: a journey through the Campana wine tradition, organized by the Bells Tourist Guides Association
A dip in Greek culture in the halls of the National Archaeological Museum of Naples, starting from the sculptures found in the famous Villa dei Papiri di Ercolano.
You can admire objects in silver of two thousand years ago, served to hold wine, and the halls of the frescoes, on a journey in the company of the god Bacchus.
Appointment at 10.30 at the entrance of the National Archaeological Museum of Naples. The entrance to the museum includes a full ticket of 8 euros or a reduced one of 4 euros.
