Free yoga class at the Capodimonte Forest in Naples for the World Laughter Day!
The 7 May 2017 there will be an appointment of free yoga al Bosco of Capodimonte of Naples to celebrate the Laughter Day.
The World Laughter Day event was born in the 1998 to remember how laughter is part of a universal language and reunite us as a great family, as a sign of peace and hope.
Furthermore, it has also been scientifically proven that laughing is beneficial on a physical, emotional and psychological level, as it is a moment of sharing with other people and is a starting point for acting on inner change.
This meeting of yoga of laughter, which will be dedicated to Totò, will inaugurate in Real Bosco di Capodimonte a series of activities dedicated to the theme of BenEssere and the Harmony of Man with Nature, with a free session of Laughter Yoga and its techniques held by the national president of the Laughter Yoga Association, Rodolfo Matto.
