Night at the 2017 Castle is a free event to relive the Middle Ages in Montoro between food and wine, music and typical games!
Il 14, 15 and 16 July 2017 it will be "Night at the 2017 castle”At the Lombard castle Montoro in the province of Avellino, event of food and wine, music and animation in full medieval style.
For the occasion, the location will be set up just like a small medieval village, there will be musical groups that will play popular music, tasting of typical products e games in the medieval theme like the giant lady, the game of hazelnut and the classic canned shot.
Throughout the village there will be a parade of period clothes, street artists and many stands of local products: in fact the purpose of this event is to promote the local tourism and the beauties of the place, the gastronomic and the landscape.
Night's Castle Program
Every evening from 20.30 will be there medieval theme installations with the following games: shooting with jars, the giant lady, game of hazelnut. In addition, performances of buskers including jugglers and giant soap bubbles. Of course, the food and wine stands will also open.
Music will play its part too, with folk and folk music. Here are the groups that will perform.
Friday July 14th
The "Bell e buon - forum of young people of Montoro" will perform.
Saturday July 15th
The dances start with the “Tammuriarè” group.
Sunday July 16th
It ends with a flourish with the musical group "A voce d'o popolo".
