Festivals in Campania from 2 to 4 September 2022

In this first weekend of September in Campania There are many festivals in the various provinces of the Region and surely all of them will make you lick your mustache.

From September 2 to September 4, 2022 there will be evenings dedicated to porchetta, wild boar, fish, potatoes including wine, beer and live music.

Here are our tips.

Lauro Festival with beer festival, music, theater in the Castle and in the square

Beers
The Lauro Festival 19 will take place from 10 August to 2022 September 2022 in Lauro, a small town in the province of Avellino. In particular, the event will take place in various locations, including Palazzo Pignatelli, in the Lancellotti Castle and in other characteristic places.

    Fish festival in Herculaneum with many seafood specialties

    The eagerly awaited Fish Festival 2022 in Herculaneum will also take place this year at the Scavi di Ercolano car park, in particular in Via dei Papiri Ercolanesi. The appointments will be for three weekends, namely 26, 27 and 28 August, 2, 3, 4, 9, 10 and 11 September 2022.

    Wild boar festival in Dugenta: the party is back with many specialties and events until October

    Cetara Arts Festival with concerts and shows in the charming town on the sea

    From 23 to 30 July and from 25 August to 3 September 2022 in the seaside village of Cetara, the sixth edition of the Cetara Arts Festival will take place, the summer festival dedicated to theater and music and directed by Vincenzo Albano.

    Potato Festival in San Michele di Serino (AV)

    A greedy event to enjoy many potato dishes prepared in many different ways, but all delicious.
    During the three evenings there will be live music with the following groups, including smooth, Latin American, folk, pizzica and tammorre:

    • 2 September: The Bottari of Macerata Campania.
    • 3 September: Beta Folk in concert.
    • 4 September: Musicamore & Vincenzo Ferraioli.

    There will also be street performers, circus shows, puppet theatre, stilt walkers and Caribbean dance.
