From the 23 to the 30 July and from 25 August to 3 September 2022 in the seaside village of Cetara, the sixth edition of the Cetara Arts Festival, the summer festival dedicated to theater and music and directed by Vincenzo Albano.
This new edition will be called Breakers, and in one of the most beautiful places on the Amalfi Coast, will offer you a rich program of institutional events,, Between theater show, concerts and activities dedicated to the whole family.
The sections of the Cetara Arts Festival
The 2022 edition of the Cetara Arts Festival will be divided into three sections, namely:
- Stories section, dedicated to theater, literature and poetry
- Live sections, dedicated to Italian music and songwriting
- Kids section, dedicated to theater - children, for both adults and children
The activities will take place in suggestive places in Cetara, such as the Viceregal Tower, Piazza San Francesco, Piazzetta Grotta, Church of San Pietro, the Agora of the Poets and Artists at Piazzetta la Casale.

July 23
- 20:30 pm KIDS, in Piazza San Francesco the Compagnai Teatro Verde: Pocket Circus, the Circus in a Suitcase by and with Gianluigi Capone, directed by Andrea Calabretta. The show is suitable for children from 3 years old and for an adult audience. Admission is free
July 25
- 20:30 KIDS, at the Church of San Pietro Apostolo, Bertolt Brecht Theater: Ferdinando's tales, the story of a fisherman's bakery by and with Maurizio Stammati. Puppets by Carlo De Meo. The show is suitable for children from 3 years old and for an adult audience. Admission is free.
July 26
- 20:30 pm Stories, at the Viceroy Tower, Gabbianella events The old Man and the Sea by E. Hemingway, with Paolo Cresta and Carlo Lomanto. Admission is 10 euros, booking is recommended. Show and tasting are included.
July 27
- 20:30 pm KIDS, at Piazzetta Grotta, Burambò Theater The Blue Flower by and with Daria Paoletta. From 6 years and also suitable for an adult audience. Admission is free.

- 20:30 STORIES, at the Viceroyal Tower, the Cultural Center for the Mobility of the Arts, Omu to Mari the Cunto delle Sirene, by and with Gaspare Balsamo. Admission costs 10 euros and reservations are recommended. The price includes the show and the tasting

- 19:30 pm KIDS, at Piazza San Francesco, the Puppet Theater What a Journey! or the Tragicomica Historia of a man called Odysseus. Narration with animated puppets by and with Flavia d'Aiello. The show is suitable for children aged 3 and over and for an adult audience. Admission is free.
- 20:30 pm at Piazza San Francesco Odysseus and the Myths of the Sea practical and manual workshop by Flavia d'Aiello. From 3 years and up to a maximum of 25 participants
July 30
- 22:00 LIVE at Porto Marittimo, Ponderosa Musica & Art, Christine Dona, Desidera Tour 2022 and with Saverio Lanza. Admission costs 15 euros.
25 August
- 20:30 pm at the Church of San Pietro Apostolo, the theaters, The Fables of Wisdom. From 3 years old and also suitable for adults. Admission is free.
26 August
- 20:30 pm, at the Viceregal Tower Life Saves. Entrance, show and tasting 10 euros. Reservations are recommended.
30 August
- 19:30 pm at the Piazzetta al Casale Mare Monster, practical and manual workshop for adults and children. Participation is free.
