To announce this good news to the citizens is the mayor of Bacoli, Josi Gerardo della Ragione, who with a post published on his facebook page explains how this year the floating tree will represent more than ever a light of hope e solidarity.

This Bacoli floating tree is now a beautiful one seeds which began in 2014, six years ago, and since then every year at Christmas, a big tree that floats in the middle of Lake Miseno, is turned on thus illuminating with his blue light also the municipal villa which is located opposite.
This year, however, the setting up of the big tree it is not edited by the Municipality of Bacoli, as the mayor also explains, who has just announced that for these holidays there will be no artist lights, thus deciding to use public resources to help all people in need.
The large floating tree, in the center of the ancient military port, will therefore be set up thanks to a group of volunteers and local entrepreneurs who have offered to provide the lighting of the tree, it is to them that the mayor addresses his special thanks.
