Episode 5: Terror
Elena, that is, Lenù, is more and more delved into the feminist cause and clashes with her husband Pietro on this issue. Meanwhile, her friends from Elena's neighborhood, Pasquale and Nadia, unexpectedly visit her in Florence, creating an uncomfortable situation because they start behaving rudely in his home. Also, they are dirty and neglected and, on their departure, Pietro tells Elena, altered, that he does not want something like this to happen again.
Episode 6: Becoming
During a holiday, Lila and Elena's children play together, often arguing. Elena endures in silence in the name of her friendship with Lila until she finds out that the three they play doctor and decides to intervene.
Intact, Lila from Naples warns Elena that her sister Elisa is dating Marcello Solara. Elena is upset and she decides to return to Naples to better understand the situation.
