Another 20 new ANM buses arrive in Naples: Mercedes-Benz, air-conditioned, ergonomic and with low environmental impact.
La ANM bus fleet in Naples is enriched by another 20 buses of new generation that were placed today May 7, 2021 in the road system of the city. It is about models Mercedes-Benz a Euro 6.
In addition to the buses that had already been added in recent months, these new means will help in securing a efficient and increasingly sustainable transport. Indeed, the bus sounds also represent one green turn because they have low emissions or even zero emissions into the atmosphere.
In the last two years they have been bought and put into circulation 180 new buses, reducing their average life from 17 to 9 years. In this way, the ANM has reached the level of the other major companies nationwide. The next step is to arrive to electricity to aim for an ever lower environmental impact.
The new modern buses
The new models included in the fleet are equipped with ergonomic seats, air conditioning, low floor, safety and information systems and satellite localization. They also have CCTV cameras, onboard utility info, passenger counts, and particulate filters antiviral coating to reduce the risk of infection.
