ANM executives made independent decisions about cutting their salaries to help layoff employees.
Great solidarity initiative started by the ANM company executives, who have decided to implement a 10% cut their salary in the months of March and April to supplement that of the employees in layoffs.
The salary cut
This exemplary decision taken by the ANM executives, serves to increase a Solidarity Fund intended to supplement the paycheck of all those employees who due to the current emergency Coronavirus will be put in layoffs.
It is a unanimous and voluntary decision, to which has the Sole Director Nicola Pascale also joined and who wants to give real support in a really difficult situation.
This is not a solution to totally remedy the problem that is taking place, but a starting point and a support to make it clear that managers really support their employees.
Solidarity Fund
Il Solidarity Fund of the workers of the ANM it is therefore part of a current emergency mechanism, to try to support all the employees of the company.
