The president of the Campania region, Vincenzo De Luca, in the course of a live broadcast on social media, he announced to citizens a special news concerning the theme of healthcare in Campania.
Indeed, starting from Monday 11 April 2022 all citizens will be able to connect to both the new health portal of the Campania Region called "Citizen Health Portal " and both to the application "Campania in health“, Thanks to which many procedures will be simplified.
Obviously, to this new procedure there will always be the possibility to be able to go to the CUP, or Single Booking Center or in the pharmacies to book live exams and visits.
The new online booking method: here's how it works
Through the portal and the new app made available by the Campania Region for citizens, the latter will be able to make reservations for specialist visits, which are classified as:
- U: Urgent
- B: of medium urgency
- D: deferrable
- P: programmable
To book a specialist visit or diagnostic assessment in public structures belonging to the Campania CUP, you must:
- enter the data of the medical prescription
- the first available appointment depends on the priority indicated in the recipe, based on the classification indicated above
In particular, visits classified as urgent will be performed within 48 hours. But not only that, because by using the online mode, you will be able to avoid queues, save time and execute further activities, as:
- Confirm pre-appointments for second visits
- Pay for tickets by credit card
- Book, confirm and pay online even on behalf of family members
- Change the family doctor and pediatrics for children under 18
- Declare income to get exemption from paying the ticket
- Consult the list of vaccines carried out
- You can consult the electronic health record
In short, a new modality that we are sure will contribute to improvement of the health service offered.

- and click on the item Unique Regional Cup which is located shortly after the middle of the page, under the online services menu
