Capability Festival 2023 at the Real Albergo dei Poveri in Naples

Il Capability Festival makes its return for the second edition. This event, curated byDepartment of Social Policies of the City of Naples, was programmed by 25 27 to October 2023 at Real Albergo dei Poveri. The festival puts the issue of disability at the center of the debate, presenting it in a positive and innovative light.

Capability Festival 2023 programme

For three days, the historic Piazza Carlo III will be animated by a diverse set of activities: from film screenings to workshops for children, from aperitifs to debates, all organized with the presence of influencers and experts in the field of disability. In this context, the program includes workshops and debates led by authoritative personalities, with a focus on topics such as "Disability and motherhood", "Disability and volunteering" and "Disability and Sport".

Collaboration with the Academy of Fine Arts of Naples

La Academy of Fine Arts of Naples she joined the demonstration again. The design of the festival's visual identity and logo is the work of Maria Antonella Arsenio, Angelica Barbiero and Federica Lumini, students of the Communication Design Course. Their work was supervised by the professor and coordinator Enrica D'Aguanno and coordinated by Esther Vollono.

The symbolic and stylized elements of the logo and visual identity, embellished with a range of vibrant colours, embody the essence and ambition of this festival: to celebrate human ingenuity in an inclusive and welcoming context.
