Carlo Verdone will be interviewed by Ciak at the Royal Palace of Caserta on the occasion of the Maestri alla Reggia review!
Il 24 February 2017 Carlo Verdone will be interviewed by Andrea Morandi in the Palatine Chapel, inside the Palace of Caserta, on the occasion of a project that sees the great directors of Italian cinema at the University of Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli”. Carlo Verdone will tell about his 37 years of career as director, actor and screenwriter and will talk about the directors he has been inspired over the years, from Dreyer to Fellini.
The project was organized by Cineventi in collaboration with Ciak, the Amici della Reggia Association, the Municipality of Caserta and the Chamber of Commerce, and was also carried out by the University, with the artistic direction of Remigio Truocchio. In addition to being open to students, teachers and staff of the University, the exhibition entitled “Maestri alla Reggia” is also open to the public. The last edition was a cultural stimulus for everyone movie lovers who saw at the Reggia characters of great artistic value such as Gabriele Muccino, Gianfranco Rosi, Paolo Genovese and Giuseppe Tornatore.
The interview will be conducted by specialized journalists of Ciak, the famous magazine that deals with cinema directed by Piera Detassis which is proud to collaborate for the second edition to the project Maestri alla Reggia.
