For the 2017 Carnival at the San Carlo Theater in Naples, a large masquerade party dedicated to the Grand Cinderella dance
Sunday 26 February 2017 at 11: 00 in Hall of Mirrors of the San Carlo Theater we will celebrate the Carnival 2017 with the Great Masked Party that will welcome children of all ages with their costumes. The theme of the party is the grand ball of Cinderella in honor of the ballet dedicated to the fairy tale by Perrault that will be staged from 5 to 12 in March at the Teatro San Carlo. At the masked party will participate the students involved in the Alternanza Scuola Lavoro project, the Choir of White Voices and the students of the Ballet School of the Teatro San Carlo.
Program
The Chorus of White Voices, directed by Stefania Rinaldi and accompanied on the piano by Luigi Del Prete will propose:
- Dreams are desires (taken from Cinderella)
- Over tha rainbow (taken from the Wizard of Oz)
- I know (taken from The Sleeping Beauty in the Wood), solo Fiorenza Barsanti
- The world is mine (taken from Aladdin)
- I will surprise you (taken from The Beauty and the Beast)
- A little sugar (taken from Mary Poppins)
- Bibbidi, bobbidi boo (taken from Cinderella)
- At the bottom of the sea (taken from the Little Mermaid)
- The circle of life (taken from The Lion King), soloist Sara Gioielli
- Mickey Mouse March. Mickey's club
- Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious (taken from Mary Poppins)
There will be musical interventions by the Liceo Statale “G. Moscati "(program to be defined) and the Liceo Statale" Alfano I "Orchestra (program to be defined), the Big Band Liceo Statale" M. Di Savoia ”with Take Five, The Count and Spain.
