Carnival in Bacoli 2024, 4 days of celebrations including floats and parades

Il Carnival it also makes way for bacoli, promising a colorful celebration lasting four days, animated by parades, allegorical wagons, gigantic figures and themed music, while the little ones run around happily in their colorful clothes.

The curtain rises on Saturday in the area Chapel, with the inaugural parade that will take place from Viale Olimpico to Cappella Vecchia, in the heart of the afternoon. A show not to be missed will follow.

The Carnival program in Bacoli 2024

bacoli comes alive with a Carnival unique, which sweeps away the winter monotony with a breath of joy and colour. The party gets underway Saturday, with a parade that marks the beginning of the celebrations, moving from the dynamic Viale Olimpico to the welcoming Cappella Vecchia.

  • February 10th at 15pm at the Chapel.
  • February 11th at 9 am starting from the Via Roma roundabout, stopping at the Villa Comunale and arriving at the Miliscola seafront.
  • February 12th at 15pm at the Port of Baia.
  • February 13th at 10:00 in Fusaro, precisely in Piazza Rossini.
  • February 13th at 14pm on the Miliscola seafront.

Saturday, February 10th

15pm – Chapel: Start of the festivities with a vibrant opening parade that winds from Viale Olimpico to Cappella Vecchia, kicking off the celebrations with music, colors and contagious joy.

Sunday, February 11th

9am – Departure from the Via Roma roundabout: The celebration continues with a spectacular parade that starts from the Baia Castle, crosses the Historic Center and reaches the Municipal Villa. Subsequently, it continues towards the Miliscola seafront, where nature meets fun in a unique setting.

Afternoon in Monte di Procida: The celebrations move to Monte di Procida, continuing the festive atmosphere with games, music and entertainment for all ages.

Monday, February 12th

15pm – Port of Baia: Bacoli offers a new dimension of fun with a masked parade on the Port of Baia, an event that promises smiles and unforgettable moments, ideal for families and groups of friends.

Tuesday, February 13 (Shrove Tuesday)

All day – Miliscola seafront: The focus of the celebrations sees Miliscola transform into a huge village of Carnival.

Not only traditional floats and masks, but also an unprecedented culinary offering with restaurants and bars populating the streets, serving aperitifs and typical dishes of the carnival tradition. The party lasts from morning to evening, in an atmosphere of collective joy that embraces participants of all ages.
