Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa was born in Yaounde, in Cameroon, on November 16, 1995. Yaoundé is the capital and one of the most important cities of the country.
Anguissa grew up in the youth teams between 2010 and 2014 Cotonsport Garoua, a team that plays in the Cameroonian top division. In 2014 he flew to France and started playing in the youth team Stade Reims.
His performances in the youth team of the French team are excellent, so much so that he attracts the attention of theOlympique Marseille, where he made his professional debut on 17 September 2015. With the French team he will reach the 2018 Europa League final, then lost against Atletico Madrid.
In August 2018 he moved to Fulham for the sum of 30 million euros. With the English he signs a five-year contract. Fulham, unfortunately, relegated at the end of the season and Anguissa spent the 2019-2020 season with the Villareal. In 2020, however, he returned to the ranks of newly promoted Fulham.
The transition to Napoli takes place on August 31, 2021, with the Neapolitans buying the player for 15 million euros. Anguissa immediately imposes himself as irremovable owner.
