Herbert Dancer is a well-known Italian actor and comedian, who gained fame through his participation in numerous sketch with Maccio Capatonda and, subsequently, also in a film by Checco Zalone.
Obviously Herbert Ballerina is not his real name, but only a stage name: his real name is Louis Lucian.
The origins of the comedian
He was born in Campobasso on March 7, 1980, in Molise. He studied at DAMS in Bologna and then moved to Milano where he started working as an assistant for Marcello Macchia and Enrico Venti's Shortcut Productions.
Here he then made his debut as an actor and author, using the pseudonym of Herbert Ballerina.

Subsequently, he participated in several television programs, including "Mai dire Lunedì" and "Mai dire Martedì".
He became famous thanks to his role as "The man who left people" in the fake trailers produced with Maccio, from then on his presence was a must have in this type of production.
In 2011 he achieved fame thanks to his participation in the film “What a beautiful day"of Checco Zalone. He has also worked as an actor for various web TVs such as Fox Italia, Floptv.tv and Tatami for Rai 3.
In 2013 he was part of the main cast of the television series “Mario“, where he played the character of Ginetto.
In 2014, he participated in the "Football Head" program, where he traveled to Brazil in preparation for the 2014 World Cup.
In 2015 he starred in "Italiano medio" by I'm Capatonda, film adaptation of one of his famous fake trailers.
In 2016 he took part in the television program "Le Iene" with the role of Ansiaman, and starred in the film "That good boy" by Enrico Lando.
In 2017 it became the pseudo correspondent of the PrimaFestival of Sanremo and starred in the film "Omicidio all'italiana", playing the role of deputy mayor Marino Peluria. He was also part of the cast of “Colorado”.

Herbert Ballerina has always tried to keep a certain level of confidentiality about his private life. There isn't much news about it, but until a few years ago it was known that he was engaged to a colleague named Lucy of Franco.
