Closed a stretch of Via Pansini due to a chasm. Tilt traffic between Rione Alto and the hospital area.
From today's morning, Wednesday 24 May 2017, the Viability of the Hospital Area is tilting. Traffic in the nerve area surrounding the Cardarelli hospital and connecting Vomero, Rione Alto, Arenella, Colli Aminei and north of Naples, is completely congested with car queues of a few kilometers.
The cause is a chasm that opened in via Pansini, for reasons concerning problems with the sewage system.
In these hours, from how we learn from a post on Facebook by Paolo De Luca, president of V Municipality Vomero-Arenella, and some comments in real time, the road is back flowing but via Pansini remains closed, at the height of via Montesano.
The necessary are underway technical surveys to establish the safety of the road surface, and the road maintenance workers are trying to solve the problem in order to resume regular road conditions.
