Circumvesuviana: phone call announces bomb, bomb squad arrives

It is with an anonymous phone call that it was announced the presence of a bomb in Naples at the Porta Nolana station, or the terminal of the Vesuvian lines.

The station has been evacuated emergency with total interruption of railway traffic pending the usual checks. It was precisely the EAV who communicated it through the president Umberdo De Gregorio.

As a precaution, the station was cleared and obviously all departures were suspended

The bomb squad intervenes, no bomb detected

The bomb with a dog in order to identify the possible presence of bombs in the station and on the trains.

As it turns out rail traffic was restored at 16pm. Even if no update regarding the bomb has been communicated, it is presumable that no trace has been found.
