Coronavirus and travel: here is who can get the pass to travel and also participate in cultural and sporting events!
In Italy, the health emergency caused by the Coronavirus does not stop and the regions continue to be divided into the various colors on the basis of the trend of infections and the infectivity index Rt.
The region Campania starting from Monday 19 April 2021 it will switch to orange zone, but for all the regions that will pass into the lowest risk color range there could be a change with the entry into force, from April 26, of a strengthened yellow zone.
Probably there will be some news that will also affect the movements, as stated by Prime Minister Draghi. In fact, in the yellow regions the movements will be allowed freely, instead for the movements between the regions belonging to red or orange areas you will probably need to have one special pass which must contain precise information.
The travel pass
In particular, to be able to move to the red or orange areas and in the absence of proven work needs, necessities and health, it is necessary to bring the pass which will have to prove the presence of one of these three conditions:
- Vaccination occurred (it is not yet specified whether one dose or both doses of the drug)
- Healed from Covid
- Running a tampon molecular or antigenic negative to Covid in the previous 48h
With this special pass you can not only move, but also take part in cultural and sporting events.
By whom will the pass be issued
Currently they are still there doubts regarding the body that will issue this special pass, and if therefore it will be issued by the ASL to which it belongs, by the Region or by another health facility. It will therefore be necessary to follow the next decisions of the Government.
