Edoardo Bennato at the San Carlo Theater in concert for Unicef

At the San Carlo Theater Edoardo Bennato will be the protagonist of a special benefit concert for Unicef!

Friday 22 April 2016 Edoardo Bennato will perform at Teatro San Carlo of Naples in a great charity concert for the international association Unicef.

The occasion, in fact, is precisely the celebration of 70 years of Unicef. The Neapolitan singer-songwriter will perform on the stage of the prestigious theater together with the stable orchestra, arranging old and new passages from his vast repertoire. In the concert schedule there will be some of the songs from the latest album "Ready to sail"Which lend themselves well to execution by theSan Carlo orchestra.

Many operetta elements are, in fact, present in this album both from the point of view of the lyrics, and from the point of view of music, with the presence of instruments such as bassoon, tuba, oboe, violas and violins.

Part of the proceeds will go to the various projects that Unicef carries out around the world. As Bennato states with his latest album: "We must be ready to set sail because the situation in the world is serious".
