Naples dedicates a day to Expo 2015. On December 5th there will be a series of initiatives aimed at promoting our rich and varied food and wine heritage, which represents an economic resource for Italy.
Also Napoli participate in promoting e supporting the 2015 Expo, the Universal Exposition that will take place in Milan in a large agri-food park from the next May 1 at 31 October with the aim of sensitizing, informing visitors about the theme of nutrition and to spread the Italian food tradition, our innovation in the food field and the excellence of Italian products.
Above all, attention will be focused on the importance of right to a healthy diet, safe and sufficient for the whole planet, in a world where mortality from malnutrition is still high. Healthy and constant nutrition is the vital energy that every living being needs to live and for this reason also Naples has organized for the 5 December a day entitled "Naples and Campania towards Expo".
The initiative is promoted byLabor Department - Municipality of Naples together with Anci Campania and will be a showcase to expose and enhance Campania food and wine products, many of which are DOP and IGP brands, made in care and respecting the environment.
