Tastings and entertainment shows at the Artisan Chocolate Festival in Benevento!
In the long weekend from The 22 25 April 2016, the city of Benevento will host the Chocolate Festival organized by the Chocoamore National Chocolatier Association.
Also this year, after the great success of the previous editions, the expert chocolatiers will try their hand at creating originals recipes and unique artistic creations, starting from the basic ingredient: the pure chocolate, considered thanks to its natural organoleptic properties, a real panacea especially to combat stress.
It is no coincidence that the Maya consumed them in large quantities, in particular by preparing drinks, which apparently had properties also aphrodisiac.
Tastings will take place in the gazebos of exhibitors from different Italian regions, who will then show them artisan chocolate bar and will promote the chocolate culture through practical demonstrations and educational workshops open to all. At the same time various s will take placeentertainment shows which will make the atmosphere even more cheerful.
