Fresh fish, fries and many tasty dishes at the fish festival of paranza in Castellabate!
From the 17 19 2016 June, in the evocative setting of castellabate, in the Campo dei Rocchi square, the Paranza's Fish Festival.
The event will be a riot of flavors and aromas of the Cilento, a thriving land of genuine and unique agricultural products. There will be moments of entertainment, music, gastronomic markets, craft workshops and above all the tasting of local dishes.
The menu includes, among the many delicacies that will be prepared by restaurants in the area, the frying of paranza (frying small-cut fish) and the classic Pasta And Beans With Mussels, made by the Associazione Produttori Fagiolo di Controne, which is a perfect union between land and sea.
To prepare it, along with many other Cilento dishes, the restaurateurs of the area. and the proceeds will be donated to the parish of Sant'Antonio in the hamlet of Lago.
In addition to good food, so much fun with the musical performances and the craft workshops that will entertain visitors by the Cilento sea, considered Blue Flag.
