The Mostra d'Oltremare in Naples celebrates the 2017 Tree Festival in support of the Oasis of the Astroni with music, workshops and visits!
From the 19 21 November is held at the Mostra d'Oltremare in Naples an important appointment. It is about 2017 Tree Festival, organized in the same days also at the Botanical Garden. The event will be attended by associations and institutions such as the WWF and the Carabinieri for forest, environmental and agri-food protection.
Admission and activities are free: the aim is to sensitize visitors on the protection of nature and on issues related to the environment. It will be possible stroll through the avenues of the park and discover the trees that line them. The program is full of events, with the Village of Biodiversity and lots of activities for adults and children.
In fact there will be educational workshops, concerts, visits and shows of light and water. A team of 40 experts will show the public the wonders of nature through manual workshops and observation of leaves and minerals. During the Tree Festival there is a fundraising to support the Oasi degli Astroni, devastated by terrible fires last summer.
The days of the 20 and 21 November are dedicated to schools, to make known to children and young people the species of plants in the exhibition and much more.
