In the Municipality of Cetara there will be the tasty Feast of anchovy colatura with tasting menu and other events!
Return to cetara la Feast of the pouring of anchovies and will take place from the 2 and 4 December 2016 in the municipality in the province of Salerno. As we know, Cetara is known precisely for the particular variety of anchovies and for the tasty and precious colatura that is obtained and used in numerous preparations.
On the occasion of this event will also be presented a new comics character born from the hand of Vinenzo Lauria and whose name is Alì Cola, also taking the lead in a short film.
The program of events for this weekend includes a series of meetings, round tables, tastings in restaurants, all also to make this wonderful product of the Amalfi Coast and its properties even more known.

2th December
At 18.00 pm, in the Sala Benincasa of the Municipality of Cetara, the round table "Traditional products and protection needs: the anchovy sauce" will take place, in the presence of the mayor and representatives of numerous local associations and committees. We will talk about the enhancement of anchovy sauce, new municipal projects and there will be tapping of the traditional tertiary for the new pouring with themed tastings.

3th December
At 13.00, at the Hotel Cetus, there will be the Ezio Falcone Gastronomic Award with a culinary competition between journalists, food bloggers and lovers of traditional cuisine. Anyone can attend and then taste the cooked products.
4th December
On Sunday the event will end with “Viva la colatura nuova”, a tasting-based tasting menu in all the restaurants and pizzerias of Cetara.
