Scientific games and activities for Mother's Day at the City of Science in Naples!
8 May 2016 we will celebrate the Mother's Day to the City of Science of Naples.
On the occasion of the celebration, all the mothers will not pay the entrance fee and together with their children can participate in the fun and educational activities organized by the Officina dei Piccoli.
Depending on the age group, various recreational initiatives will be proposed that will make you spend an unforgettable day. Children from 3 to 6 years old will make "hearts of pendants" to give to their mothers, while those from 6 to 10 years old will prepare healthy and original recipes with thespirulina algae and they will learn how to make tasty cookies.
You can visit the show Sea where to color and animate the mother-child dyad of the gods dolphins in the virtual aquarium or observe the behavior of mother insects in the House of insects.
Instead, in the area Taste of Science, there will be experiments on and with eggs, which are indispensable both in the reproduction of animals and as food, thanks to their beneficial nutritional properties.
There will be no other scientific and daily experiments that will explain to children how they happen.
Furthermore, in the Garden they will prepare beautiful origami flowers and to finish an adventurous one Treasure hunt to the discovery of the animal and vegetable world, in search of the "Mother's Treasure", that is, a surprise gift with which children will pay homage to their mothers.
