The picturesque scenery of Monte di Procida becomes the perfect background for the review Katarsis from 18 June to 7 July 2023. This cultural project, conceived by Valentina Carannante e Louis Bignone, is brought to light thanks to theAll-rounder association under the patronage of wiautomation and in collaboration with the Municipality of Monte di Procida.
The musical program
The event kicks off with asound exposure, offering a unique sensory experience, followed by three days of concerts. The wonderful notes of musicians from every corner of the artistic scene, including The mask, Ars Nova and the duo Ebbanesis, will resonate in the most evocative context of the Campi Flegrei peninsula. It will also be given the opportunity to emerging artists to present their works to the public.

June 18, 2023, Mostra Sonora - Sonora
Hours: Starting at 19:00
Exhibition and audiovisual itinerary curated by Michele Masti. 7 paintings will be set up, each of which is associated with a song that inspires the work. The public will be able to listen to music through a QR Code.
On the same evening there will be concerts by young musicians from all over Italy, with a preview of new musical creations.
June 21, 2023, Ars Nova
Timetable: 20: 00
Free opening concert Artist: Ars Nova Napoli. The band Ars Nova Naples ea repertoire open to the multiple sounds of the South will follow, including Neapolitan classics, Calabrian tarantellas and connections with Greek rebetiko and Balkan music.
June 23, 2023, The Mask

Among the various performances, the concert of La Maschera promises to be one of the most memorable events of the festival. Scheduled for June 23 at 21:00, the band will bring its powerful emotional charge to Monte di Procida, presenting its new album "Under whom do you keep core“. This concept album, made up of nine tracks, is a hymn to social and sentimental redemption, an invitation to look beyond daily challenges and seek progress.
