Meat specialties and lots of live music at the 2016 Marchigiana Meat Festival in Frasso Telesino!
From the 2 4 2016 September will take place in Frasso Telesino (BN), in Piazza IV Novembre, the “Festival of PGI Marchigiana Meat”.
The promoters of the event are the owners of the Maddaloni Butcher who use this soft and genuine meat to prepare some always new culinary specialties. Their secret is to cook the dishes of the Samnite gastronomic tradition and add that innovative touch that makes them even more attractive.
Among the various proposals there will be the cooked meat at sight and with weight chosen by the customer. There will obviously be other delicious dishes made with this excellent Italian-made ingredient.
Every evening there will be to entertain you live music which will propose genres from blues to revival at the Neapolitan tavern, to spend the end of summer in joy.
