The Frecciarossa high-speed train arrives from Naples to Cilento and vice versa for summer 2017!
Great news for those who want reach the Cilento from Naples and vice versa because for thesummer 2017 one will be active Frecciarossa train which will work on the Milan-Naples route. Trains will leave only on Saturdays and Sundays from the 15 June to the 19 September and they will arrive until Sapri.
The extension of this service meets the strong increase in tourists who head to Cilento every year to spend their summer holidays and go to the beach, so it was necessary to increase the number of trains.
The service is added to the Metrò del Mare that will always arrive in Cilento.
The stops
The Frecciarosa high-speed Trenitalia train will make stops at Agropoli and Vallo della Lucania.

Italobus
To integrate the Frecciarossa service will be introduced a Italo bus from the 15 June to the September 15 which will run 7 days a week with 7 runs in total. There will be 558 bus services every day that will go from Naples to Cilento and vice versa and that will also come from other cities in Italy.
