Closure of the Mergellina Funicular the 12 April 2017. A replacement shuttle will be active.
The ANM company informs all citizens that Wednesday 12 April 2017 la Mergellina funicular will be closed to the public from 14.30 to 22.00.
The closure is made necessary by scheduled maintenance work, but to replace the discomfort a replacement shuttle will be introduced.
The bus will be the occasional 602 line which will follow a route similar to that of the funicular.

The itinerary followed by the shuttle will be:
- Mergellina (stop ANM No 2140 funicular high)
- via Caracciolo
- Via Orazio
- Via Manzoni (funicular stop)
- Via Stazio
- Via Orazio
- Mergellina
The first race it will be at 14:30 both from Mergellina and from via Manzoni.
THElast race, however, will be at 21:50 from Mergellina and at hours 22:00 from via Manzoni. The frequency will be 20 minutes. The stops will be activated at the intermediate stations of the funicular.
